Aviary, located at 58 Mosley Street in Manchester, has been transformed from a dated office block into a striking symbol of sustainable urban renewal. From the outset, the redevelopment – led by M&G Real Estate and Ask Real Estate – placed digital infrastructure at the heart of the project. WiredScore Platinum certification was set as a minimum requirement, ensuring resilient, future-proof connectivity to support both tenant demands and the seamless integration of critical building systems. Alongside this focus on technology, the design redefined city-centre workspace by blending heritage architecture with cutting-edge environmental performance and premium amenities including a rooftop terrace, yoga studio and gym.


The Solution
At Aviary, Node deployed two core solutions. Node Connect provided the infrastructure backbone, ensuring resilient fibre connectivity throughout the building. Node Converged delivered a secure, managed network to support landlord services and enable future smart technologies. Together, they form the building’s central nervous system – a robust digital foundation supporting both immediate tenant needs and long-term operational efficiency.
