Russ is an accomplished leader with over 15 years of technical and operational experience, excelling at increasing and driving operational excellence. Having an embedded knowledge of connectivity and infrastructure, gained through six years’ service in the Royal Corps of Signals (HM Forces), he has spent the past 10 years leading multiple service providers operational and technical departments.

At Node he is the day-to-day operational lead responsible for ensuring that the design, deployment, and operational effectiveness of the business are at the forefront of innovation.

Before joining Node, Amy held roles at St George’s University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust and Brent Council, where she supported regional clinical coordination and strategic procurement. Her attention to detail, structured thinking, and people-first mindset make her a vital part of the delivery team.
